Licensed physiotherapists on PhysioFlow, in their own words.
Everything worth knowing before you book.
Yes. Searching and browsing on PhysioFlow is completely free. You only pay once you actually book a session with a clinic.
You fund your wallet before a session, but the money isn't released to the clinic right away. It's only released once you confirm the session happened (or automatically a day after the clinic confirms, if you don't raise an issue), so a payment never just disappears.
If a clinic reports that you didn't show up, you're refunded in full. If you report that the clinic never showed, it opens a dispute and your payment stays protected until it's resolved.
Yes. Every physiotherapist and clinic listed is licensed — that's a requirement to be listed on the platform at all.
It depends on the clinic. Many offer in-clinic, telerehab and home-visit sessions. Use the delivery-mode filters above the search results to see who offers what near you.
The clinic reviews and confirms your booking, and you'll get a notification once it's approved. For telerehab, your session link becomes available once it's confirmed.
